Itinerary:

1st day: Ho Chi Minh City: Reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel. At 12 o’clock you have the opportunity to meet your tour guide to get first information about the trip. He will leave you a message if you can not attend the meeting. Use the remaining time for your first exploration walk. Your hotel is centrally located. 2 nights at Hotel Hoang Phu Gia (3 stars).

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City: This day is completely at your free disposal. Explore the city with all its museums, temples, pagodas, colonial buildings and churches. A visit to the city’s oldest pagoda, Giac Lam, is a must as well as a stroll through the bustling Chinese district of Cholon. Here you can taste a variety of dishes at low prices. Nature lovers can also book a full-day excursion to the Mekong Delta on-site: enjoy a boat trip on the numerous canals, watch the daily life on the river and explore a floating market. You can relax and recharge your batteries during a lunch in a bonsai garden. (Breakfast)

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Nha Trang: You have almost the whole day off again and have the choice again – either you are completely on your own again and continue exploring the city on your own or you book on site an interesting trip to Tay Ninh, where you attend a ceremony in one To attend extravagant temples, and to the historic and impressive Cu Chi tunnels. In the late afternoon your journey continues. Transfer to the train station and board the night train, which will take you overnight to your next destination (approximately 11 hours). Day 4: Nha Trang – Whale Island:In the morning you arrive in Nha Trang and your journey continues directly to Van Ninh. From here it goes by boat (about 10 minutes) on the small island Whale Iceland. Welcome to Paradise! This idyllic gem stands for crystal clear waters, pristine coral reefs and a laid-back atmosphere. Far from any mass tourism, the clocks seem to slow down here. Day 5: Whale Island:Enjoy your day! Relax on the beach, put on your fins and snorkel and explore the underwater world, glide through the water in a kayak or retire to a hammock with your holiday reading. Today it is pure relaxation and holiday feeling! (Breakfast Lunch Dinner)

Day 6: Whale Island – Sa Huynh: Today you leave paradise and board the boat back to the mainland. Continue on the private bus heading north. Your destination for the day is the beautiful semicircular beach of Sa Huynh. Use the rest of the day to relax on the beach or pool. 1 night at Quang Ngai Resort (3 stars). 260 km / approx. 5 hours (breakfast)

Day 7: Sa Huynh – Hoi An: Your beach life ends today. Over the next few days, immerse yourself in the culture of Vietnam. Drive along the scenic coast to Hoi An. Hoi An is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful places in Vietnam for its atmosphere and traditional homes. The old town was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. You may feel like taking a stroll through the picturesque market in the afternoon or exploring one of the many Chinese homes. 2 nights at the Bach Dang Hotel (2.5 stars). 170 km / approx. 4 hours (breakfast)

Day 8: Hoi An: This day is at leisure. Your hotel is centrally located so you can easily explore the sights: in a few minutes you are in the Old City and at the Chuc-Thanh Pagoda, which was founded in the middle of the 15th century by a Chinese monk. Alternatively, you can also book a trip to My Son on site – visit the extensive temple complex of the Cham, which rightly belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. (Breakfast)

Day 9: Hoi An – Danang – Hue: You leave Hoi An and continue north. On the way you stop in Danang, where you have a few hours at leisure. Highly recommended is the visit to the Cham Museum. Then the journey continues through the marble mountains and along the coast to the old royal city of Hue. 1 night at Duy Tan 1 Hotel (2.5 stars). 130 km / approx. 3 hours (breakfast)

Day 10: Hue – Hanoi: We recommend a boat trip on the Perfume River, which leads you to several pagodas and imperial tombs. In addition, you can easily explore on your own the citadel city, which served as a defensive system and royal seat. Here, your route will definitely lead you to the Forbidden City in Purple, where you can visit numerous farms and halls. In the afternoon transfer to the train station. The night train will take you to your last destination, Hanoi (about 13 hours). Day 11: Hanoi: In the morning arrival in the capital of Vietnam. In the morning you have the opportunity to take part in an exploration with the guide or you visit the city independently. With numerous shops, bustling markets, lakes and cafes, Hanoi preserves part of its village atmosphere. Your program should definitely include a visit to the Temple of Literature and the Einpfahl Pagoda. Day 12: Hanoi – Halong Bay: You leave the lively city bustle. Take a private bus to Halong Bay. Here you will find a unique nature. Obtain your cabins and make yourself comfortable on board. Enjoy the beautiful landscape, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many tourists are only in Halong Bay during the day.
